Team members¡¯ reflections exceed pallid expression, now, our team members¡¯ reflections are extracted as follows:

Reflection One:
It is a great honor to join Soogle, and to be a member of Guanheng. By a whole afternoon¡¯s training and communication with colleagues, I think this company has a very enlightened leader and a group of colleagues with dreams, they are also full of energy and easy to get along with, all of those are hard¡ªwon atmosphere, also a hopeful team.
As for the team¡¯s condition, reflections are the following aspects:
1.The colleagues of this team use their potentials, but in order to realize the same goal, we seek common ground and reserve differences, discard minor aspects and take into consideration of vital aspects.
2.This team is harmonious and full of tolerant.
3.Members are pragmatic; they make great efforts to realize a feasible goal.

To achieve the condition I expected, I want to do as follows in company:
1.All focus on the interests of the company, in working time, firstly take company¡¯s interests into consideration, not limited to the scope of their job.
2.When you get along with colleagues, harmony is fundamental, helping is mutual.
3.Strictly comply with and implement the company¡¯s rules and regulations.
4.Working seriously, no matter how trivial, we should work seriously and accurately.
5.Every time you work on the behalf of our company, you should present our company¡¯s profession and accomplishment.

Reflection Two:
1.A passionate and enthusiastic team.
In a team, passion likes a fire, only everyone maintains lasting passion, the fire can burn exuberantly. Ma Yun said: the short¡ªtime passion is worthless, lasting passion can make a lot of money¡±. Passionately work of one day equal to no passionate work of 100 days, so, passion and state are essential.
2.A team with competition and corporation
Today¡¯s society, competition is ubiquitous; this competition is based on healthy competition, so it is benefit to development of the team, as the boss of the world¡¯s top 500 enterprises said: the first¡ªclass enterprises possess both competition and corporation, second¡ªclass enterprises only corporation no competition, third¡ªclass enterprises only competition no corporation.¡± Working as the first¡ªclass enterprises from the start.
3.Integrating the individual and the team.
Members should have a strong sense of belonging, they should link their future with the team¡¯s destiny, and they willing to do their best to realize the team¡¯s interests and goals, also protect the existence of the team.
4.The team¡¯s spiritual essence, do not sacrifice oneself to save the team, rather than making full use and exerting the members¡¯ individual advantages.
5.Members should trust each other, tolerant each other, help each other, cooperate closely.
6.Strict rules and disciplines are vital, strict in disciplines are not the needs of the team, but they are benefit to guarantee the members¡¯ fundamental interests.
7.Communication is an important way to promote the team¡¯s harmonious development.
Communication is lubricant between people, members can open their heart and speak out freely, a chopstick is easily to be broken, ten chopsticks firmly hold together. There is no perfect person, only perfect team, team¡¯s power exceed individual. A high¡ªperformance team needs unified team¡¯s culture, good communication is the need of establishing unified culture. People born with difference, everyone has different characteristics, values and dreams, the team establishes unified culture and carry out unified cultural modes, which contribute to unite an idea and thought, then form unified behavior!

Reflection Three:
I have been considering myself as one herd animal; I can¡¯t depart from the friends¡¯ circle, no matter what the condition is, if the condition permits, I want to be in the community, community life give me a felling of warm.

Every time I leave a team, I try to seek and join in new team, then, I find Soogle! She is an ideal team in my heart.

Firstly, you can see a passionate team in Soogle, every colleague is in high and vigorous spirit when they are working, this passion is easily influence other colleagues, then, the whole team presents positive working condition and gritty spirit, in the sales industry, ¡° there is no rejected difficulties, there are only impregnable salesmen¡±, so I firmly believe our achievement will easily soar.

Secondly, colleagues in Soogle are very enthusiastic, and easily get along with, they will help you when you need, and this is the most touching, you can experience the warm of this team, as soon as you work happily, working difficulties will be easily solved.

Finally, every time you are encouraged when you work in Soogle, colleagues¡¯ help and leaders¡¯ inspiration let the team full of passion every day.

You don¡¯t speak out what you should do for the team, the key is you just take great care to do every little thing, I believe our little by little pay and sincere would bring more help to our team. Every day I need to complete as follows, I grow up with company.

1.Mentality is the very important, so every day I welcome a day in high spirits, using smile and sincere to infect people around us, I always keep smile, smile is the most touching!
2.Division as well as corporation with colleagues, we should good at summing up and thinking, efficient working, then finishing our daily working goals.
3.I will try my best to help my colleagues if they are in trouble, helping others is improving myself, and I can experience the joy from helping.
4.Every day has a summary meeting and share today¡¯s achievements before we leave, also we can put up with our difficulties in working, so that our colleagues can easily solve the similar problems.
5.Making a daily working plan and set a goal, also put pressure on myself, because pressure gives me impetus
6.In my spare time I communicate feelings with my colleagues, it can enhances friendship, so corporation in working will be more happy!
